- Insurance carrier and claim details, where you ask us to bill a claim.
- Payment details, processed by our payment provider and not stored by us.
When you browse this website, our hosting provider logs standard technical data:
- IP address, browser type and device type.
- Pages visited, referring page and timestamps.
Why we collect it
- To dispatch and carry out the work. We cannot send a crew without an address.
- To document the loss. Photographs and readings support your insurance claim and prove the structure was dried.
- To bill you or your insurer.
- To answer follow-up questions about a job already completed.
- To keep the website working and to understand which pages people use.
Calls may be recorded
Emergency calls may be recorded for dispatch accuracy and training. California requires the consent of all parties to record a call, so if a call is being recorded you will be told at the start and you can ask us not to record it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only where it is needed to do the job:
- The local crew assigned to your job.
- Your insurance carrier or adjuster, where you have asked us to bill a claim.
- Service providers who run our phone system, scheduling, hosting and payments, under contract and only for those purposes.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Job records, including photographs and moisture logs, are kept for seven years, because insurance and construction-defect claims can be raised years after the work. Website logs are kept for a shorter period by our hosting provider. Call recordings are kept for a limited period and then deleted.
Your California privacy rights
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, California residents may ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you and where it came from.
- Give you a copy of it.
- Correct it if it is wrong.
- Delete it, except where we must keep it for legal, insurance or warranty reasons.
- Stop sharing it for targeted advertising. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.

The Google Maps embed is the only one that is optional to you. Our full address is written out in text directly above the map on the contact page, so you never need to load or interact with it. You can also block third-party cookies in your browser settings, or use a browser extension, and the site will still work.
If we later add analytics or advertising cookies, we will update this policy and provide a way to decline them before they are set.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Security
Job records and customer data are held on access-controlled systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit who can see your information to the people who need it to do the work.
