Our Story

24/7 Emergency Water Removal Across California

Fort Irwin Water Damage Experts was built around one idea: water damage is an emergency, and an emergency line that only answers between 8 and 6 is not much use to somebody standing in two inches of water at midnight. We answer 24 hours a day, every day of the year, including weekends and holidays.

That matters more than it might sound. Water wicks up drywall at roughly an inch an hour. It travels along joists and under flooring, reaching rooms that never got wet in the original event. Mold can establish on damp organic material within 24 to 48 hours. The difference between a call placed at 1am and one placed when the office opens at 8 is often the difference between drying a floor and replacing it.

We started in the High Desert, working on homes around Fort Irwin, Barstow and the Victor Valley, and that shaped how we work. Desert conditions are deceptive: very low humidity pulls moisture off surfaces fast, so a wall can feel completely dry while the cavity behind it is still saturated. Crews here learned early to trust meter readings over how something feels, and that habit carries into every job we take.

Today we coordinate emergency response across California, and the range of conditions is part of the job. Antelope Valley freezes split pipes in winter. Monsoon runoff floods garages in the Mojave. Coastal humidity slows drying and raises mold risk. Each one calls for a different drying plan, which is why we build the plan on site from actual readings rather than applying the same setup everywhere.

On every job you get the scope and the price before work starts, and the moisture readings, photos and daily drying logs that your insurance adjuster will ask for.

I started Fort Irwin Water Damage Experts because too many people were being told to wait until morning. Water does not wait until morning. The High Desert taught me most of what I know about drying: the air here is so dry that a wall can feel fine to the hand while the cavity behind it is still soaked, and if you trust your hand instead of a meter you will be back in that house dealing with mold six weeks later. We answer the phone at any hour, we take readings every day until the structure is genuinely dry, and we document all of it for your claim.

Testimonials

What California Customers Say

“A supply line under our bathroom sink burst overnight and soaked the vanity and tile. They arrived within two hours, pulled the wet cabinet base, extracted the water, and ran industrial fans and dehumidifiers for 48 hours while monitoring moisture levels in the wall cavity. The floor dried flat with no cupping and we kept the original tile.”
DP Derek P.Fort Irwin, CA
“An upstairs washing machine hose split and water ran through the ceiling into our downstairs hallway. The crew cut out the saturated drywall section, dried the joists, treated for hidden moisture with infrared scans, and replaced the ceiling with matching texture. The patch blended well and the musty smell disappeared after one week.”
MG Maria G.Fort Irwin, CA
“Flash flooding from a monsoon storm pushed water under our garage door and into the storage area. They vacuumed out the standing water, lifted and dried the rubber mats, then applied a moisture barrier on the slab edges. Everything was ready for our gear the next day with no remaining damp spots.”
